The Chicago Aldermanic Black Caucus (CABC) is comprised of 20 members of the Chicago City Council who collectively represent and advocate for the needs, priorities, and aspirations of Chicago’s Black communities. United by a shared commitment to equity, accountability, and opportunity, the Caucus works to advance policies that promote sustainable growth, community empowerment, and an improved quality of life for residents across the city.

EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
